CONSULTATIONS

This is our preferred way to learn everything about your wedding.

Our consultations are designed to meet with you either in person, by phone or zoom call to discuss your wedding florals vision. We go over your preferred colors, styles, flower types, quantities, budget and more!

For your consultation we'll need: you, your wedding date, wedding venue and some inspiration photos. (If you have Pinterest, that's great!)

Consultations are typically 30 minutes to an hour.

DELIVERY & SET-UP

We LOVE to travel. As long as we can arrive at your venue by vehicle, we will deliver. Yes, that means even out of state.

RENTALS

Yes!

Containers/Vases, Plants, Candles, Arbors, Stands, Linens and more!

Either option! As long as all rental items are returned to The Plant Hatch within 48 hours of your wedding.

ALTERNATIVES​

Yes, other options are available such as Greenery and Candles.

Not at this time

There are alternative options that can create less of an expense. For example, swapping premium choice flowers for less expensive ones.

PACKAGES

We do not offer Floral Packages. Our weddings are fully customized and tailored to our clients’ needs, wants and visions.

FEES

Delivery, Set-Up, and Rentals

Each service fee varies based on the type of service. For example, our delivery & set-up fee depends on the number of vehicles, designer’s needed on site and the distance we will need to travel for your wedding.

Yes! We request a 25% deposit of your wedding total to secure your wedding date with us. This deposit is non-refundable, but is deducted from your final total.

OTHER

At this time, we do not offer flowers in bulk.

Yes! We allow you to bring in your own vases/containers, linens, silk florals, and other hard good items that you may need to be set-up for your wedding. We request that these items be brought to our shop no later than one week prior to your wedding to ensure their arrival.

No, we want your wedding vision to come to life as best as possible! We have found that each florist has their own unique style and vision that may not be easily matched.

Yes! We need to know ahead of time which pieces will be provided by The Plant Hatch and your relative/friend

Our wedding estimates do not include an itemized price list. However, our clients may request a more detailed list after booking with us.

We do not have any set pricing for our florals as each wedding is customized to our clients.
