Delivery Policy

Most of our arrangements can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 12:00 pm. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following business day. We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Our policy is that someone must be present to receive the flowers. We require the recipient’s phone number as we will call them before making the delivery. If no one is present, the delivery charge is non-refundable and if a second delivery attempt is made the delivery charge will be duplicated.
